The various Virginias provide a fair amount of grass, hay, vegetation, some bread, a mild amount of tart and tangy citrus, earth, wood, sugar, floralness, spice and light stewed darker fruit. They also have a touch of fermentation. The strength and nic-hit are a notch past the mild mark. The taste level is a step past the center of mild to medium. Won’t bite or get harsh. Has few rough edges. The cake easily breaks apart, and needs no dry time. Burns cool, clean, and a tad slow with very consistent flavor that extends to the pleasant, short lived after taste, and room note. Barely leaves any dampness in the bowl, and requires a couple more than an average number of relights. An easy going, one dimensional, gentle all day smoke by design.

A pleasant virginia, sweet and creamy. Easy to smoke, it loose some note i feel by the smell but it remain a very good selected blend of naturals virginias. Nothing of assumptive, it do it's work very well with honey flavour, a straw hint, freshly cut grass.

I'm always searching for a good natural VA and this tobacco (in fact all the tobaccos) by TAK is much hyped in Germany so I had to try this one.

Look is very nice like a whole thick Virginia carpet containing VA in all grades from darker brown to golden all pressed together. Smell is warm and grassy with citric above that nice tobacco smell.

I ripped a little shred apart from the cake and put it down in my bowl with no pressure then rubbed a bit more to fill the rest of the pipe. With this cake at the bottom it's a great way to ensure a nice draw resistance and a cold smoke.

This tobacco offers all the assets a natural Virginia can deliver. Warm sweetness accompanied by citrus and hey; reminds me of camphor wormwood. Some spicy notes here and there round up the smoke pretty well. Burns nicely, very cool and leaves nothing but light grey ashes in the bowl.

Great all day smoke that doesn't need much attention while smoking at a fair price. Not very special but exhausting all the possibilities of a VA.
