Notes: Presentation in short and long ribbons with light brown and dark tones, very dry recommending hydration. Possibly only present: Yayladag, Bitlis, Izmir and Adiyaman tobaccos.
First of all, it is cheap tobacco, but not bad. The package is a pouch of 100 grams, the tobacco cut is ribbon type. There are long ribbons and short ribbons almost square, the colors are varying degrees of brown from light to dark. There is some trunk present, the humidity is very low, it is very dry, with a crisp behavior. The smell is very natural, almost like cat pee. It is advisable to rehydrate it, I have smoked it both ways, and hydrated it gains in depth of flavor. If you smoke dry care because it burns quickly and can irritate the tongue and mouth. It lights very well, and from the first moment the taste in the mouth is intense resinous-woody, on the palate the aftertaste is like a bitter, intense and persistent incense. In the nose it bears spicy like a fruity perique. I am not a tasting specialist, but I have not detected virginia since there is no sweet taste, nor does it appear to have burley because of the low nicotinic load. I suppose it must be all Turkish tobacco, a filling of some cheaper variety, maybe Bitlis plus a lot of Izmir. The taste is constant from the beginning to the end, it is flat but gives no unpleasant surprises. The ash is almost white in color. The quality / price ratio is unbeatable, it is not top quality but it does provide a very intense oriental tobacco smoke. If you abuse you can anesthetize your mouth, better small cups and space your consumption. Maybe try mixing it with some virginia or similar to try. Very highly recommended.
