Gawith Hoggarth - Kendal Peach Mixed.
More of a fine/shag cut than a ribbon. The pouch smell is easy to recognise as being peach. My hydration was exactly as I'd want, so I could smoke some straight away.
This doesn't taste anywhere near as false as I expected it to. The peach flavour's about medium, possibly higher, but it's a truer type and not too sweet, false or perfumey; it's actually a very refreshing smoke for a hot day: a bowl of this with an icy ginger beer (I'm teetotal but you can have a real beer with it!). The tobacco gives a nice flavour; nutty hay. But this is somewhat overshadowed by the casing.
The nicotine's just below medium and the room-note's nice.
I didn't think I'd recommend a peach aromatic, the sun must have gone to my head today, lol!
Three stars.
