McGahey - Sweet and Long.
This is quite a straightforward Virginia blend; there's nothing good, bad, nor ugly (sorry, I couldn't resist; that's my favourite film!).
I'm unsure as to what the 'secret' process used to sweeten the blend is. To me, it's just reflective of what a middle ground Virginia should taste like; it doesn't have too much or too little grass, it's not too flat and not too full, nor too sweet or sour. To me it smokes just like a 'normal' Virginia.
I think, to spice it up in both nicotine (it's quite mild) and flavour, a touch of Perique would be a great idea. That's more of a personal opinion though I guess.
This is an okay blend, it's just somewhat boring for my taste. Although I'm not a huge fan it's not worth only one star; I'm sure many folks will adore it:
Somewhat recommended.
