Been smoking cigars for 15 yrs. Like everything from light and creamy connecticut leaf to double ligero cigars. Prefer Dominican tobacco and Honduran manufacture.

Newbie on pipe smoking as of December 2010. Got interested thru researching carving a briar pipe. Stepped into pipe smoking when i realized you can have a quality smoke with a Missouri Meerscham corn cob pipe.

Started off with Captain Black Gold, and quickly moved to a local tobacconist bulk that I believe may be Lane 1-Q.

Current favorite (Jan 2011) tobacco is Frog Morton.

On the tobacco sampling Journey now, and enjoying my new hobby very much, especially since I can enjoy a pipe in the house whereas cigars are generally relegated to the back porch!
