| I bought this on a whim whilst passing the shop, without really knowing what was in the pouch. Therefore it was a bit of a surprise when I lit up and got mouthful of roses. A surprise, yes, but not an unpleasant one. Although it is described as an aromatic in Glynn's description, the lack of sweetness and floral flavourings make me think of it more as a Lakeland (a family of blends which I see in their own class). Although the initial hit is of the rose toppings (which are fresh and almost pallet cleansing), very much like Ennerdale the floral notes begin to take a back step mid-bowl. This leaves you with a steady taste of the tobacco, pepped up with nudges of the extra spices flavours added. I found it to be quite mild on the Nic front, which made it a good accompaniment to a few evening beers as the shadows grew longer.
Not realising it was a limited edition, I wish I'd picked up some more before it was phased out.
