| I decided to give this mild aromatic three stars because it behaves well in the pipe (not too moist, burns reasonably well) and the flavor is pleasant as well as the aroma.
It does have what I consider to be a rather faint slightly chemical taste to it. I get this all the time when I smoke certain blends that have a lot of Cavendish, but in this particular case, there's just a bit of Cavendish, so just a bit of that nasty taste.
Seems to me that this is one of those blends that would probably be 2.5 stars to 3.5 stars for most people, depending on how sensitive they are to that chemical taste, and how much they like aromatics.
