I taste Black Cav with some burnt vanilla. The Deer Tongue was hard for me to detect and/or it was masterfully blended in, real well. Black in color and taste. Pretty darn sweet. Smoked wet and gurgled. This one needs layed out for awhile. I gave this one to "good ole Albert." He'll smoke anything.
