| This was one of the first tobaccos I've tried and was purchased at the Briary in Homewood, Alabama. I've purchased several tobaccos from them and they have two of my all time favorites. Unfortunately, Chart Topper was not one of them.
The quality of the tobacco is excellent, the moisture content just right, it packs nice in the bowl and burns evenly. I think this is more of a case of "not my taste". I didn't dislike it, but didn't think enough of it to want to smoke my entire 3oz sample.
I will say that I sent the rest to my Father-in-Law and he had a totally different report. He said he found it slightly spicy and enjoyed it with a drink after dinner. He smoked it all and even ordered more since. If you like tobacco with a little kick, this might be for you.
