| Has been my everyday tobacco for about two months now...would characterize it pretty much like it says on the package, i.e. " a light & modern blend...". Upon opening the package one finds a nicely cut tobacco with equal amounts of light and dark colours, very pretty actually to my eyes :-)The scent on the other hand is less appealing as the flavouring comes through quite sharply. The tobacco is easily managed when packing and lighting as moisture content is medium and due to the fine cut. Smoking the tobacco: the first 1/3 of the pipe is a pleasant mix of burley, mild virginia and of course the whisky flavouring which is much nicer smoked than the pouch aroma. Then the flavouring starts to dissapear, and the rest of the pipe makes a progression from the more light and sweet virginia dominating into something dark and nutty which i believe to be the burley- correct me if i am wrong :-) I have never gotten tongue bite from this tobacco, and most of the time it smokes right down to the bottom wothout much hassle, leaving the pipe nice and dry. In Denmark, this is a readily available drug store tobacco in the cheaper pricerange, and perhaps this is why noone has bothered to review it so far...nevertheless I think it's adecent quality allround tobacco, which encompasses most of what I like in pipe smoking. Oh, there is one drawback: I do a lot of outdoors work, and the fine cut doesn't stand up to windy conditions very well he he....so I opt sometimes for Orlik Golden Sliced, or Yellow Capstan, both with the more slow-burning flake cut
