| An overly-used term on products and trends that usually deliver less than promised, though in this case, Renaissance is wholly warranted. By far one of the most interesting sweet English blends you can ever try; not as full, classic English as indicated above. At times it?s dull and unassuming, at others, assertive and faintly aromatic. It?s the excellent, untreated black Cavendish that gives this blend its unique charm. The taste and aroma are toasty and satisfying. Like Wilke, Faders has a Cavendish quality that?s all its own. It?s a distinctive identifier that makes this an all day new favorite. Given the unpredictability of C & D blends and horrid Europeans (I know I keep repeating this), it?s good to know there are still some consistent friends on whom one can, hopefully, always rely.

| I think the best description of this blend would be the following: Stronger than British Woods and Milder than 3 Oaks. It has that McClelland quality to it. I enjoyed it as a diversion from my heavier Balkan blends. Good stuff. 3 Sweet English Stars.
