| I tried some of this in my local baccy shop. My tobacco guy told me this is the Altadis version of Captain Black only more refined. So I was hesitant when trying this.
As I have stated before, I straying away from aromatics, so its more of a sample type of situation for me latley.
Not bad, and much better than Captain Black ANY day of the week. This tobacco has a pleasant smell out of the jar, little on the moist side, but not horrible.
Burns well, lights well. Does have that Captain Black aroma too it, a soft Vanilla scent in the room note, but not overpowering. Not bad as far as an aromatic goes, not goopy at all. Touch of tounge bite if your rush it, but so goes it for most aromatics.
Would not make this a regular myself, but a once in awhile, not bad. If you like Captain Black, give this a shot, it is a "Rolls Royce" in comparison.
