| Tin Description: |
In colonial days, Vischer Ferry was an important crossing of New York’s Mohawk River, and a historic village. As you think of those bygone times, you’ll quickly fall in love with this Burley and black Cavendish mixture with a rich, deep vanilla flavor that will remind you of some of your favorite desserts. Easy on the tongue, this is a smooth, easy smoking blend with perfect balance. |

| Vischer Ferry is part of the new Landmark Series from Pipes and Cigars. A mixture of Burley and Black Cavendish, Vischer Ferry, like most aromatics arrives a little moist and needs some dry time. Living up to the tin description, VF has a deep vanilla flavor and it’s sweet, but not overly sweet. VF is pretty straight forward in taste and doesn’t suffer any metallic taste that I have experienced with some vanilla aromatics. There is no tongue bite to be found here, even when pushed. The bad news is that the one and a half ounce tins are expensive in comparison to Pipes and Cigars bulk aromatics. The good news is that VF is a cut above in quality. Recommended.
