| In my former review to Land Tabak I have put some premises and set some comparisons between LT and his brother Landtabak Spezial.
Let's go to the smoking experience.
A different Il Duca - large bowled half bent black sandblasted fancy Dublin - has been used.
The same easy lighting and behaviour as LT. But LS is just smoking differenly: the main player is the Oriental weed. Spicy and flowerish, some faint soapy and peppery notes to the tongue and the palate. Not sweet but soft and pleasant. The nose is tickled by spicy notes. The other leaves are just supporting the soloist. The Kentucky makes itself show here and there, mostly after mid-bowl, but with elegance. The strenght is a notch milder, the body is more refined and elegant.
Just like LT, LS smokes dry until the bottom leaving a brighter ash.
Recommended. Landtabak Spezial may just have a greater appeal than its brother.
