Nothing to add to perfect description by the estimated The German, unfortunately this line has been discontinued but it’s still available as remaining, if possible I’ll try the others Seasons.

This is a somewhat sad review, as during my last visit at Dan Pipe, I acquired the definitely last tin of this blend leaving the factory.

Opening the tin, the colours of the leaf are truly autumnal; reddish, golden and brown/black colours in a wide, squarish cut that works best with big bowls. The tin note is beautifully fruity, with a touch of nuttiness.

Filling and lighting up is easy, no re-lights necessary to smoke down to a nice, medium grey ash with no dottle. The taste is sweet, somewhat dominated by the BC and the flavouring, but still letting the VA and Burley make themselves felt. The burn is nice, uncomplicated, even; hardly any maintenance needed.

Overall, one of the top line of aromatics I have experienced so far; too bad it has been discontinued as I would otherwise buy it on a regular basis.
