| I have been ordering blends from Puffers now for several months. William is an excellent small blender who has created some unique blends. His tobacco quality is excellent, no PG added, and his rum and liquors added are heavenly. I have serached for decades for a rum tobaccos that tasted good, and I finally found them. William's customer service is superior and he will tweak a blend to your liking. If you don't like rum, or want less perique, just request it and he will make the adjustment.
Baltimore Harbor Blend is an excellent medium to full English Blend with the addion of fine Navy Rum. This is the real stuff, not some artifical flavoring. Although there are no Orientials, his combination of Burley, VA, Latakia and Perquie are well balanced. The rum adds a slight sweetness, but does not smoke like an aromatic, and has a pleasant room note for an English. He has 6 additionl blends that are just as fine, and his pricing is most reasonable. Give them a try.
