| I can remember my Stanwell pouch of Belle Epoque. A summer, cool flavored blend with a complexity of flavors that pleasantly surprised by the strong presence of each fragrance, highlighted strongly in the mouth and nose.
I could taste the exotic sweet tart taste of mango, vanilla that was present, at least in the first half of the bowl-end rum which i personally didn't like it much,in my pipe but there it was.
This blends tend to leave a chemical aftertaste. So ..somewhat recommended.

| A fruitful and aromatic tobacco. It has some sweetness from Virginia and Burley. It is smashed in pieces, with a very good perfume when you open the box, but after that, nothing. Strong burning on the tongue, almost no flavor which could match to what it promises, ie Black Cavendish, fruits, Mango, Vanilla and dried fruits.
Were all these flavors mixed up a lot?

| I bought some this based on its beautiful name. Never had heard of it but my B&M swore it was good stuff. Well, if you like Bob's Chocolate or Blue Note or (pick one) of Lane's worst aromatic tobaccos, this baby is for you. The casing/toppings or both really overwhelm. Even though There are three basic types of tobacco or two and one method(Caavendish), The flavorings overwhelm them all. I did catch a bit of a fairly good Virginia every once in awhile but it wasn't worth waiting around for while smoking this weed.I cannot recommend that anyone except the smokers of really heavy aromatics spend their money on this. On a surprising note, the stuff actually lights fairly easily and it isn't a battle to keep it lit. I won't be buying anymore of this in the foreseeable future.

| This must be one of the nicest blends I have ever tasted. It is close to orgasmic actually. It is rare that the pipe smoker can enjoy a good taste as well as a pleasant aroma. Well this is one of the rare ones.
The only thing that gets to me is getting it into a smokable state. All that handling to get it finer is too much owrk but I guess for the nature of this smoke quite worth the effort.
The taste is really great and is most definitely the best tasing blend I have ever smoked.
