| Not a bad light-aromatic blend, although it´s got not much to remark: No tongue bite, good burning qualities, and flavoring that enhances the underlying tobaccos (mostly burley) instead of masking them completely.

| Sung to the tune "Mr. Lonely": "Bitey... I'm Mr. Bitey. I'll bite your tongue, all day long..." The only good thing about this stuff is that it's not a Borkum Riff product, but that's not much of a compliment. Go elsewhere for a better aromatic. There are lots out there.

| It's just a junk product & complete waste of money. This blend has a very heavy smoke with strong bite and very unpleasant room note. It is anything but aromatic!The only usage of this blend for me was to mix it with other blend of aromatic tobaccos to alleviate the exaggerated aroma of them!

| This is a delicious Danish Aromatic blend, it is very sweet with a complex flavor of caramel/toffee/nuts/chocolate, very mild in nicotine, this is a “heavy aromatic” blend, but it is not heavily cased, the tobacco used is good quality, it is dry with very good burning quality. However, the "Mixture" from the same blender seems to me much better than this one, in both taste and flavor.
Smoking this blend would be very enjoyable if you like Danish aromatic pipe tobacco. Actually I can enjoy only European aromatic blends, the American aromatics I simply can’t handle.

| This is not as good as the Mxture version of SKandinavik. It is not a bad tobacco, but it burns hotter and is not so fullfilling. The aroma used gets a bit annoying after some time.

| The first tobacco I have ever tasted (this one) was a complete failure after I have tasted the second one. Boring, with no aroma at all and very irritating in throat. Stay away, even if it doesn't cost so much...

| IMO, this is a cheap tobacco, to be used by those that, actually smoke a pipe just for the looks... I really don't understand why someone should smoke this stuff... not much taste, not much aroma, not much room note and the one that exists after the smoke, isn't that good... Grade:D

| Not really much to say about this one, just another overflavoured danish mixture. The taste is sweet, boring and even people around me found it unpleasant. Thankfully the pouch was a present; so at least I havent wasted any money

| Ok I guess. Opened the pack hoping it would be closer to Skandinavik Mixture than it actually is.
Nothing really to write home about here. Tastes ok, is a fair Danish pipe tobacco, but wouldn't win too many awards. Bit bland to be honest. Not unpleasant, but if you have other choices you should probably take them as this just doesn't have sufficient positives to set it apart. Time and perserverance may improve things, but I'm not sure I am that interested.

| Too hot burning, annoys my tongue. Not so great comments by people around me - no too bad either. I do not plan to have it in my rotation. It might be a decent starting point however.

| I am not exactly sure if this tobacco is the same as the old Mixture that came in a black pouch with a sailboat painting. In any case, the components (Burley and Virginia with an added flavor) are similar. Mild to medium, this tobacco has an enticing flavor that is not at all cloying. It has a very pleasant room aroma, but the coarse cut and the moisture level make it somewhat difficult to light and smoke. Smooth and tasty, it reminds me of Amphora's Black Cavendish. Not a bad choice when in the mood for something sweet and pastry-like. A very polite Danish that used to be quite popular and better than any Borkum Riff!

| This is the Skandinavik that was available in 12oz tins for years and was the epitome of traditional Danish sugar cased blends. The aroma was that of a Danish{cake}. The taste was sweet but without being over confectioned. A mild to medium smoke with good tobacco flavor. It's a shame you can't find this blend anymore.
