| What's not to like? If you desire a "maple" blend that delivers the taste and aroma you expect, this is it. This is a delightful mild Virginia and Burley Cavendish blend that delivers what is promised. It could be a mainstay for Maple lover's along with C&D's Autumn Evening. It smokes excellent!

| There are times when an aromatic is called for. You want this tobacco to smoke cool, with a taste that is pleasing without being overly cased. A blend that burns dry to a fine white ash, with the flavor lasting to the bottom of the bowl. No bitterness or bite and great tobacco taste to boot. A blend that will satisfy you, yet won't offend those around you. Nothing sophisticated, yet not boring either. Quality tobaccos, expertly blended. Well that pretty well sums up #910 Maple Cavendish. It is what it is. A great all day everyday smoke for some, or a great change of pace for others. I have to give it 4 stars for that. Delicious! Update: Feb.18/08 I have downgraded Maple Cavendish to 3 stars, as aromatics are only an occasional indulgence and only when necessary. But that does not diminish the quality of this excellent mix.

| If you like C&D's Autumn Evening than you owe it to your self to try 910: Maple Cavendish it is very similar to Autumn Evening with the difference being the burly helps to round out the flavor better in my honest opinion. Open the bag the aroma of maple is quite pleasant. This tobacco tends to be on the dry side as with most C&D tobaccos. For a tobacco that is considered an aromatic it isn't goopy or overly cased as other aromatics tend to be. It smokes dry, stays lit well, and is enjoyable anytime of the day. This tobacco has a very pleasant aroma in the bag and the room note remains pleasant too. All in all it's an aromatic tobacco that's lightly cased with good tobacco flavor throughout.
