| I don't know what about this blend makes it particularly "special" or "reserve," but what you get with this blend is your general whiskey-infused tobacco that is offered by so many other brands. Admittedly, Nat Sherman does it better than, say, Peterson. But, it's just a niche of tobacco that I'm not particularly fond of and do not generally smoke unless bestowed upon me (as was the case here). Speaking of which, if it was given again, I wouldn' turn it down, so perhaps that's saying something for this - I would however readily turn down Peterson's Irish Whiskey.
For this one - it's mild, it's kind of got a little bit of a sickly-sweet taste to it, but it burns cool and, for the most part, flavorful. The whiskey comes through only slightly and, what you get for the most part, is the taste of cavendish.
Not a bad smoke, just realize what you're getting and don't overexpect. Not that you'd be prone to over-expect with something like this anyway, but, just a word of advice nonetheless.
