Took a sample of this last night while sitting on my front porch. One of the college kids got this at food lion for 4.00 for a large pouch. He was very proud. I have a group that come over when they see me out to bum tobacco. This was the offering they brought me. It is light and very dry. Lit fast. Did not need to tamp. Tastes like tobacco and reminds me of many of the cuts in the 50's and 60's. Very basic. I don't think I would buy this but if I did not have money then this might be a good choice. Bag might last a month.

I was in a hurry and didn't have time to get to my usual tobacco shop. I picked up a bag of this, as the store was out of 4 Aces Turkish which I actually use in one of my custom blends, and OMG!!! I have never been so disappointed in all my life. 🙁 It first reminded me of a musty barn, but not too much longer the smell of one tracking animal feces into a house was the top note. Unfortunately for me it was a whole pound. I think I will save it to give to homeless, but only the rude homeless who tell you to give them a cigarette or simply don't know how to ask, because the polite homeless folk I would never do that to.

God awful stuff. Yes its cigarette tobacco. I MYO and smoke a pipe, so be it...

Ordered a lb. with a routine order to try it for about 11 bucks, figured I couldn't really lose. Terrible, acrid, sour and just generally bad. I've never thrown tobacco of any type away, but this might be my first. I really think there might have been something wrong with the bag or manufacturing. Really wrong. I'm saving it only to use as insecticide in the summer. It's that bad. Wouldn't even let in near one of my pipes after stuffing and trying to smoke a few in tubes. Funny because the turkish blend stuff isnt bad, and I've had this in the past from the small pouches that wasnt terrible.
