McClelland - No. M-95 Dark Cherry Cordial.
I consider myself lucky as I obsessively buy and cellar tobacco, and I've gathered a decent quantity of McClelland blends which as we all know have been discontinued.
The blend is coarse cut, jet black, has a strong smell of cherries, and although it smells stickily cased the moisture's surprisingly bang on.
It makes me feel sad for cherry aromatic lovers that this can no longer be obtained, it only took me a few puffs to feel four stars. The cherry topping isn't sharp, or acidic, but exceedingly sweet. This sweetness goes brilliantly with the vanilla black Cavendish. Nicotine smokers wouldn't be amused, it's very mild. The room-note's heavenly.
A brilliant cherry aromatic. A massive shame it's gone the way of the dodo.
Four stars.
