SP does itself a disservice, by its lackluster description. This is a bolder companion to its stablemate, Lucky Day. It is quite similar to the now sold out Holiday Spirit. Deliberately sweet, in a festive non-objectinable manner with a near complete burn rate. Dated 2014, flavors have melded nicely and the blend is still fresh. Hydration is spot on and it is ready to smoke right from the tin. Both of these exclusively blended tobacco's are equivalent to McClelland Premium Aromatic line and are sleepers for those pipesters who like Aromatic Holiday blends.

This blend really hits my subjective aromatic sweet-spot and I'd rate it one of the best if not the best I've smoked. It was quite a surprise when I lit the first bowl because the flavor was immediately present but not overpowering or cloyingly sweet. Just a nice light sweetness. The tin note has a hint of cocoa. The mix is moist but overly so, like its sister lucky day, its just lightly cased for a hint of flavor. The tabacky smokes smooth and sweet, and This is a go-to aromatic for me. Satisfies my sweet tooth without over doing it or being too light. Just right. If you come across a tin and like McClelland aromatics, definitely snap it up.
