Slightly edited from Synjeco's website: On first impact, it seems strong and bitter; then slowly the suble tastes and aromas of mature Virginias start to come up, and the bitterness goes away fast. It smells to [others] like an elegant spicy cigar, without being overwhelming or unpleasant. It gives a nice [dose] of nicotine, while the sweetness grows to its maximum [ability].

The Virginias offer some citrus with toned down grass notes, and a mild earthiness. The burleys are nutty with a little molasses, and a minor hit of cocoa in the background. The Oriental is a slight condiment and offers a hint of wood and spice. The description mentions some bitterness at the beginning, but I never noticed it. This is an all day experience that smokes cool so long as you don't puff like a locomotive. If you do puff fast, you might experience a little cigarette note or two; otherwise, you won't. Has a mild nic-hit. Burns a little fast with a consistent flavor. Leaves virtually no dampness in the bowl, and needs few relights. Won't bite or get harsh, though I always felt the need to hydrate it just a mite. Has a pleasant, sort lived after taste. A solid three star blend with a mild complexity.
