The Virginia is processed cavendish-style, and is very lightly grassy with a little citrus, and a drop or two of honey. A little burley adds some nuts and molasses, though burley isn’t mentioned in the description. The black cavendish has a little vanilla to compliment the mildly sweet, rich vanilla topping. The vanilla does tone down the tobaccos to a fair extent, but you’ll notice them in the background. Has a rather mild nic-hit. I have no idea why this is called “Ultra-Lite”, because it’s not THAT light. It’s fairly mild in strength and a little more than mild in taste as the creamy smooth and consistent flavors leave a lasting impression on your taste buds. Burns at a moderate pace cool, clean, even with few relights. Leaves very little moisture in the bowl. The after taste is very pleasant as is the sweet room note, and both linger just a little. An easy going all day smoke that won’t burn you out. I give it three stars in the mild sub-section of the aromatic genre, which is where it should be rated, and not against more highly charged aromatics.
