The lightly grassy, toasty brown cavendish is well blended with the sugary unsweetened black cavendish. The Columbian coffee topping has some depth, a slight bitter note with the sweetness, and dominates the tobaccos. The nic-hit is extremely light. Won’t bite or get harsh. Burns cool and clean at moderate pace with a smooth, consistent flavor. Leaves a little moisture in the bowl. Needs an average number of relights. Has a pleasant, slightly lingering after taste. Can be an all day smoke.

I bought this from a tobacconist in Hastings, East Sussex almost as an after-thought. I wasn't expecting much, but have to say I'm really impressed. The tobacco was served loose, from a tub and was unbranded.
It lights easily and burns very well. As you might expect coffee dominates what is a mild mix, both in terms of taste and nicotine. It makes for a great morning smoke, particularly with (you guessed it) a cup of coffee. Not a classic, but a good, reliable, enjoyable smoke.

My Smoking Shop-Columbian Coffee. What a splendid smelling mixture!
The blend is made up of mostly brown Cavendish. There are one or two specks of black but it's prominently brown.
Like I said, the aroma, a fabulous unlit smell. There's no missing the fact this contains coffee as it smells deliciously rich with the stuff!
It's nicely moist so smoking can proceed the moment it's opened.
Once lit the coffee is definitely the main player with the taste. To be fair it hides most of the natural flavours from the tobacco. It doesn't have that 'gooey' aromatic feel to it but I would associate that with caramel/honey blends rather than coffee. It's not too sticky feeling on the pallete but the coffee is the boss.
Columbian Coffee doesn't have much nicotine to offer. I would say it's more very mild than just mild.
The room note is great. It gives a good aroma of coffee without pluming the room with smoke.
This is another good blend from My Smoking Shop. Not their best but nonetheless a good one. Recommended.
