Wesley's No. 42 Mellow Cavendish
(3.50)
Slightly stronger than medium it contains a little flake to create a sweetly mellow flavour, cool and easy-burning, with a delightful aroma.

Wow! What a great smoke! I wouldn’t classify this as an aromatic, although it does have a fantastic and somewhat sweet room note. But the room note is old fashioned and pipey rather than perfume or candy like. The tongue speaks of tobacco leaf, brown sugar, spice and last but not least, a smoky note that is best described as a vintage farm oven! Oh the memories! The blend is an appealing mix of black and brown virginias and burleys, with some broken flake. Packs, lights and burns easily. Smokes cool. No tongue bite. A winner!

This blend is a very easy smoking blend. On the nose, a clear sweetness, typical to Cavendish. On the palate, slightly sweet. Easy smoking tobacco. The room note was very pleasant all round.
