The maple topping is good, but lacks depth even though it does sublimate the tobaccos. I did get a little nutty, molasses sweet burley, and slight grassy, citrusy Virginia taste from this blend. Has little nicotine. Won't bite or get harsh. Burns cool and clean at a reasonable rate with a fairly consistent flavor. Leaves a little dampness in the bowl, and requires an average number of relights. Has a weak after taste. An all day smoke that goes easy for those who don't want a heavy taste to what they smoke.
