Okay, this is a blending tobacco, it's dry on purpose. this is a tobacco that you make your own smoking mixture with. You can start from scratch and folllow a recipe or you can use it to lift a poor tobacco rather than throwing it away. This is a good quality product and you'd be a bit daft to smoke it straight. Recommended.
