De La Concha Mark Twain
(2.00)
...A straight tobacco with no additives, this marvelous creation is a blend of Red Virginia and bright Virginia ribbon. Turkish flake and Perique are added to round out this superior tobacco. This is a PLUG. And very moderately priced for a plug, something not easy to find in the USA.
Intense in impression, not exactly subtle in its make up and hard to describe. The orientals are certainly there, not so the Perique. It is not sweet or bloated, just..er..intense. If you want to experience a plug, this is a wise choice.
