David Windsor must not have produced much Mottled Duck because I've not seen many tins out there over the years since B'head flew off. Anyway, this one was Oriental forward and Windsor knew how to perfectly beef up the fragrant, airy and Light leaf with some backbone building Black Cavendish (unflavored). I liked this duck. A very nice Oriental presence with every puff.
