George's Smoke Shop Closed Breach

(3.67)
Mild blend of non-aromatic tobacco with no tongue bite with a nutty taste and pleasing aroma. First blended in 2010 in an effort to replicate an old fashioned blend that has gone by the wayside. A large amount of perfectly decent tobacco was sacrificed in this effort! It finally came full circle with "Closed Breach".

Just tried this fine blend. Very good flavor and little to no bite. The perfect way to celebrate the weekend.

Great mixture from George's Smoke Shop in Holland, MI. Excellent nutty blend of Cavendish, Burelys, and Virginia with absolutely no tongue bite and no unnatural "fruity" or "sweet" flavors. A great smoke for the trout stream or in the autumn woods during bird season. Takes you right back to the good old days.

I received this blend from a fellow bird hunter and pipe smoker below, Ozzy. I am very sensitive to VA's, but this one is gentle on the tongue. The Va brings a certain sweetness that compliments the Cavendish quite well. CB leaves a pleasant room note, which is always a plus when smoking indoors. I'm sure you will get a few "that smell reminds me of my grandpa!" comments. And you'll understand why if you realize which tobacco this was modeled after.

Even if you aren't a bird hunter, or have no idea what closed breech means, you still owe it to yourself to give Closed Breech a go!
