This blend is made exclusively for Holt's by C&D. It is a Bready, yeasty, malty type of English blend. A strong VA/Turkish mix with the Latakia adding a wonderful smoky presence. This is akin to Consummate Gentleman by Ashton with the Burley being replaced by Virginias. It has a little kick but is by no means in the Penzance category. This is like a more powerful Midnight Ride or Campanile.I definitely will purchase this again when I am in Philadelphia. 4 of 4 English Stars.
