The Virginia is grassy, citrusy sweet with a drop of honey. The burleys are nutty, earthy, toasty sweet and well complements the Virginia without over taking it. The Oriental is a minor component, very slightly spicy, smoky and woody. The very light chocolate topping is mildly sweet, and doesn’t detract from the tobacco taste. It has a mellowing affect that helps smooths out the blend. Won’t bite, and you’ll only experience a light harsh note if you puff hard, though it does sport a rough edge here and there. Burns well and cool with hardly a relight, almost no moisture in the bowl, and a consistent flavor. Has a slightly more than mild nic-hit. Has a pleasant after taste, and can be an all day smoke.

Aromatic? This is more of a 'codger' blend than an aromatic. Smokes cool and dry and has a reasonably satisfying nicotine content. When I use the term 'codger blend' I mean that it features the burley/tobacco aspects rather than the topping. This blend is easily repeatable, burns w/o leaving moisture and is smooth and tasty. Burley forward, but spiced with orientals, VA, and at least one very judiciously applied topping which does seem to help marry the blend,

This really does taste like tobacco flavored cardboard. It's also bone dry, harsh, and uber hot. I can tell that my run through some of these D&R blends is gonna be an adventure. I know these "things" have casings and toppings, but they are undetectable. Evidently, all dried up.
