The gold cavendish offers some grass, cirrus, toast, and a few drops of honey. The maple topping lacks some depth, though it does tone down the tobacco quite a bit. Barely has any nicotine. Won’t bite or get harsh. Burns cool and clean at a reasonable pace with a smoothly sweet consistent flavor. Leaves little moisture in the bowl, and requires an average number of relights. An all day smoke.

A ribbon cut Cav. with maple casing. The maple comes through and dominates the smoke. Not an everyday smoke, but enjoyable on occasion.
