Here again is a 1930's original Smoker Burley based tobacco. It features Latakia, but not Perique. A great slow burning outdoor smoke, due to the uncased cube Burley.

The Smoker - Black Noble blended by: Hearth and Home

Burley, Latakia and Virginian Tobaccos

Tin Notes: Good cut and color of tobaccos but with a little bit of roughage and Good Moisture Content. The Aroma is a true tobacco smell, nice, earthy and somewhat smokey latakia smell

The Burn: This blend is an easy to manage tobacco as it packs and light well and preforms good in any type of pipe. Smokes good from start to finish. The aroma from the tin carries over to the burn and you can expect a consistent experience time and again. A well balanced with good tobacco flavors with a medium to full body smoke but i thought that the latakia flavor runs a little flat

Room Note: Fair

my 5star rating = 3.5

There's several burleys in this blend, which comprises most of what you will taste. There is uncased burley as well as cased burleys, because it's a little too sweet and nutty for them to be totally uncased, though there is a little sharpness from what wasn't cased. The latakia is a moderate addition, adding a mild smokey and woodsy flavor. The Virginia is slightly sweet and acts mainly as the base for the other ingredients. There's not much of it here. The tobaccos are small broken cut flakes with a little ribbon cut. It is fairly dry fresh out of the tin, and is very easy burning with hardly a relight and no dottle. A fairly comfortable smoke for those looking for a little latakia and a little Virginia with their burleys.
