McClelland - McRaspberry.

I've been dipping in and out of a pouch of this over the past week, or so, and as I have a free afternoon decided to post my thoughts.

It's a blend which is prominently black Cavendish, coarsely cut. There's only a splash of brown Virginia, Burley, in the pouch. It arrived only a touch too moist.

It makes a pleasant change to have a berry aromatic where the smoke isn't consumed with acidity and tartness. There's no argument about this having raspberries as a flavour, but the tobaccos are left with plenty of room. Again, like in the appearance, the Virginia and Burley play second fiddle to the thick, creamy, black Cavendish. The temperature of the smoke's low, and I doubt it could bite anyone!

Nicotine: mild. Room-note: very nice.

I'll save four stars, there are other aromatics I prefer, but I'll award this three:
