The gold and brown Virginias provide some citrus and grass, and is well complimented by dark fruit and earth as well as a pinch of bread and spice along with a bare hint of floral. An extremely mild touch of honey topping adds to the experience, and doesn’t detract from the tobaccos. The strength and nic-hit are mild, while the taste is just short of the center of mild to medium. No chance of bite or harshness, and has a very slight rough edge at times. Burns cool, clean, and a little slow with a very consistent taste from top to bottom. Leaves little moisture in the bowl, and requires some relights. Has a short lived, pleasant after taste. An all day smoke that somewhat reminds me of Heinrichs Golden Sliced with a little more dark fruit and earth because of the higher brown Virginia content.
