I have received the tobacco in an air sealed bag.
This is a Rich, strong blend for veteran smokers. Just a whiff from the bag tells you, this is a real heavy hitter.
Packs effortlessly and takes the match easily.
The latakia is smoky, leathery and herbal. It fights with the perique fight for dominance. The perique is peppery, fruity and spicy. This rivalry makes the blend so very smooth, as neither side is winning. Not too much smokiness, nor pepperiness. A perfect balance. The Va is there. Somewhere… Has no chance whatsoever, his role is just to give a background support with minor sweetness and tanginess.
Leaves only white ash behind, like a good cigar.
