The citrusy, grassy hay-like Virginia and the nutty, mildly molasses sweet burley occasionally trades the lead. The smoky, earthy, woody sweet Cyprian latakia is present as a small addition, mostly to push up the flavor. The lightly honey-ish, toasty gold cavendish is in the background most of the time. The mildly rich Jamaican rum also sports a spice note, and sublimates the tobaccos a little. The strength level is a tad closer to mild than it is to medium. The nic-hit is light. Won’t bite or get harsh,a nd has no rough edges. Burns cool and clean at a moderate pace with a consistent taste. Leaves little moisture in the bowl, and requires an average number of relights. Has a pleasant after taste. An all day smoke.
