A very mild smoking & delicate tasting mixture.
Aside from the sweet high note on the finish, the apple topping is a subtle enhancement at best. Altogether the tobaccos used here are too mild for my taste. However, to credit the Country Squire the tobaccos are blended to balance with the apple flavoring which would be entirely unnoticeable on a stronger tasting tobacco base.
County Seat burns evenly and the Cavendish keeps the thin Virginia ribbons smoking cool. It requires some drying out, several relights and leaves some moisture behind but for what it's worth County Seat is one of the better apple flavored aromatics out there.
