P&C's St. Paddy's Day 2016 - Irish Stout recalls the deep, creamy flavor of the dark beverage, with notes of roasted malt, a bit of smokiness, a touch of counterbalancing sweetness with clouds of thick smoke. This blend consists of smooth, aged burley, toasty red Virginia, unflavored black cavendish and a bit of dark-fired Kentucky. The result is dense and robust without being too spicy.
