The nutty, mildly molasses sweet burley is the star component, though a little white burley is available for a minor sharp, wood note. The grassy, citrusy Virginia forma a base for this tobacco. In a backup role, the Turkish adds a little dry wood. The spice and raisin from the perique is hardly noticeable. I’m not sure what the fruity topping is, but it’s mildly applied, and doesn’t tone down the tobaccos that much. The nic-hit is mild. Won’t bite or get dull or harsh. Burns at a reasonable pace, cool, clean with a very smooth, consistent flavor from start to finish. Leaves virtually no moisture in the bowl, and hardly needs relights. Has a pleasantly mild after taste. Similar in flavor, it's a smoother, cooler version of the original.
