Holland House Cherry Cavendish

Quite interesting this cherry tobacco. At the time I was smoking it, I grew tired of aromatics very quickly, yet my objective verdict is not tiresome at all.

This cherry blend is amazingly natural. It is very sweet, yet it is in no way chemical at all. I believe it is this full taste that wards off fans. The pouch note resembles a sherry liqueur more than the well known cherry flavouring. It tastes well balanced between cherry, sherry and even a faint honey.

It burns very cool to my surprise, it stays lit with limited gurgle and packs very easily. This blend is lovely in the mornings, much like a sweet cup of tea. It will under no circumstances ever ghost a pipe.

While I'm not a cherry fan, this is surely the best cherry there is.

Another hit from Holland House. The cherry taste is natural and the smoke is smooth. I really loved this! Absolutely amazing smoking experience. Good for everyday or a special occasion. If you like cherry tobacco and/or cavendish tobacco please give this a try. There will always be a pack in my humidor!

My second blend after starting this journey into the world of pipe smoking. Initially is was good as i had no real references. Came back to it after a few months of trying more blends, so now i can say....i dont like thia blend. It smells great but the flavour is not anything like the smell. It burns too fast and doesn't improve on flavour. I will probably cellar what i have left to see if it improves in a year.

Average beginner smoke but not something i would buy again.
